Fortune Teller For thousands of years people have been fascinated, awed and fearful at the unknown and mystical, being heedless of the dangers and harm that they inflict. Back to 5000 years ago, special clairvoyants were hired for the Kings and clergymen to predict the most suitable strategies for them, and since that fortunetellers have so far been successful in convincing people to use future prediction to control the inevitable events in their life. So Craig Robson designed this tee shirt, and if you distance your eyes, you will see illustration of skull, enhancing the mystical and eerie atmosphere of this design.

Barong & Legong

Pale horse, illustrators and graphic designers that worked for Hasbro, Sanrio, Iron Fist, DC Comics, Computer Arts, Wired Magazine and many others, create an illustration of Bali mask featuring Barong and Legong for an exhibit called ‘Honey, Poison & My Country’ at Salihara Gallery in Indonesia. 

Barong is a lion-like creature and character in the mythology of Bali, Indonesia. He is the king of the spirits, leader of the hosts of good, and enemy of Rangda, the demon queen and mother of all spirit guarders in the mythological traditions of Bali.

Meanwhhile, Legong is a form of Balinese dance. It is a refined dance form characterized by intricate finger movements, complicated footwork, and expressive gestures and facial expressions. The dramatics are enacted in elaborate and stylized pantomime and classical Legong enacts several traditional stories.

WeLoveFine has recently announced its The Avengers tee shirt design contest, acknowledging some of the best artworks exploring the awesomeness of The Avengers’ superheroes (Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk and the gang) +  Loki. There some remarkable exploration such as Jerry Bennet’s inked style as which essentially become my number one favorite. The other notable winner is Russel Conway’s Assemble Required.
